Stratford-upon-Avon

Yes! That's right! Shakespeare's home town! We tagged along with the theater class to this beautiful town and had and absolute blast going through all of the shops and finding fun new places to eat. Since we all arrived early the first thing on our minds was: WE NEED COFFEE. Luckily a little ways down the quiet streets was a tiny coffee shop decorated with flowers. It looked like a little nook of coffee paradise!

Before making our way to the theater a few of us stopped for lunch at the local cat cafe: Shakespaws Cat Cafe! Click here to check it out: http://shakespawcatcafe.com/

They work hard to help kitties and cats find new homes by socializing them at this cafe!

We wrapped up our day by going and seeing As You Like It, performed by the Royal Shakespeare Theater Company. Click here to check out their website: https://www.rsc.org.uk/

The play was super well done and had the whole audience laughing at some points! However, I wish we had gone to an evening show because the kids (who I assume were there for a school trip) were a quite disruptive and a bit rude. I get it though, at that age it's hard to appreciate such a phenomenal play!
